WELCOME SELCAN

Selcan, welcome as a contributor to the blog!
You can see us, but we have never seen you. Any current photo?
We are really thrilled to meet you and be in touch!
Just hope Javi turns up soon, too.
Kind regards from Poland to Turkey!
Hi Everyone

Safe journey home

Wojtek left Scotland on Saturday 1/11/08 and had a safe journey back to Poland. The children and staff had enjoyed his visit and are looking forward to our participation in our project. Hopefully we will get the funding when our applications are submitted.

Wojtek's preparatory visit to Alva Primary

Wojtek Zaluska - English teacher of Spoleczna Szkola Podstawowa STO in Ostroleka, Poland was invited to visit Alva Primary on 26 Oct. - 1 Nov. 2008

What an enjoyable and fruitful visit it was! Together with Craig Rennie (in the photo) the Headteacher of Alva Primary  and some of his staff we managed to draw an outline of the project and prepared the necessary details for the Comenius application to be submitted by Jan 20th 2009. We are hoping for Selcan from Turkey and Javi from Spain to join us further on. What we need now is contact the Turkish and Spanish schools to get some further details from them to fill in the existing gaps in the form.

Together with Craig we decided to be in touch with the use of Skype. Progress in the project work itself will be shown on this blog. We hope it will be full of information coming from all the project partners.
